Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Warehouse In-Charge / Material Manager to manage and streamline warehouse operations at our Kochi site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory control, material planning, logistics coordination, and maintaining safety and compliance within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

· Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material handling, and dispatch

· Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee periodic stock audits

· Ensure timely material availability for production/site requirements

· Update and monitor inventory in ERP/SAP/WMS systems

· Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and transporters for inbound/outbound materials

· Implement and maintain 5S and safety standards within the warehouse

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and material movement reports

· Lead and supervise warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance

· Ensure proper documentation: GRN, MRN, issue slips, e-way bills, challans, etc.

· Optimize space utilization and streamline warehouse workflows

Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and material management

· Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP or similar inventory systems

· Excellent organizational and planning skills

· Good communication and team management abilities

· Knowledge of logistics and documentation

· Familiarity with safety standards and statutory compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
