Job Description

Warehouse Management

Full responsibility for spare parts warehouse.
Book incoming goods, order & offer management.
Maintain material availability, inventory management.
Responsible for deliveries from German headquarter.
Manage quotations for spare & ware parts, inventory.
Create order confirmation, invoices, domestic shipping papers.
Label material, package, create shipping documents.
Handle shipments/ claims / return shipments / warranty parts.
Manage proper communication between Kurtz Ersa India and German headquarters.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree.
Basic knowledge in SAP, GST, e-way bill.
SAP Module SD, CS, MM
SAP Module QS
MS Office
Good communication skills
Experience in electronics sector would be an added advantage.
