Key Responsibilities for General Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Prepare and review journal entries, reconcile accounts, and manage general ledger activities. Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Generate detailed financial reports for management, auditors, and regulatory entities. Ensure reports are timely, accurate, and comply with relevant accounting regulations. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring timely payment to vendors and contractors. Manage accounts receivable to ensure collections and minimize overdue payments. Reconcile payments, and invoices, and maintain vendor relationships. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for departments and overall business operations. Monitor budget performance and analyze variances from the actual financial performance. Provide insights into cost-control measures and opportunities for financial optimization. Be aware of the exchange rates and their impact on the operation daily. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including sales tax, income tax, and payroll tax. Prepare and file tax returns and manage tax documentation. Support external auditors during tax and financial audits. Internal Controls & Auditing: Implement and monitor internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies and fraud. Support external and internal audits, preparing necessary documentation and explanations. Identify areas of risk and suggest improvements to processes and policies. Cash Management: Oversee company cash flow, including managing bank accounts, cash balances, and liquidity. Prepare cash management reports and forecasts. Assist in managing financing and funding needs. Compliance & Regulatory Reporting: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations. Prepare and file required regulatory reports and filings. Stay current on changes in accounting regulations and recommend necessary adjustments Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Prior experience in an accounting role (3-5 years, depending on position). Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel. Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret financial data and trends. Communication: Ability to communicate financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Team Player: Ability to collaborate within the accounting department and with other departments all over the globe.

Warehouse Management Full responsibility for spare parts warehouse. Book incoming goods, order & offer management. Maintain material availability, inventory management. Responsible for deliveries from German headquarter. Manage quotations for spare & ware parts, inventory. Create order confirmation, invoices, domestic shipping papers. Label material, package, create shipping documents. Handle shipments/ claims / return shipments / warranty parts. Manage proper communication between Kurtz Ersa India and German headquarters. Qualification: Bachelors degree. Basic knowledge in SAP, GST, e-way bill. SAP Module SD, CS, MM SAP Module QS MS Office Good communication skills Experience in electronics sector would be an added advantage.
