Job Title: Warehouse Associate / Picker / Packer / Loader / Sorter (Flipkart) Job Location: Flipkart Fulfillment Center / Warehouse (varies by city) Job Type: Full-time / Contract / Shift-based Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Processing Picking products from shelves as per order list. Packing products securely for dispatch. Labeling packages with correct shipment details. Inventory Management Receiving, scanning, and stacking incoming goods. Updating stock records in the system. Reporting damaged or missing items. Loading & Unloading Loading packed items onto delivery vehicles. Unloading inbound goods from suppliers. Quality Check Ensuring products meet Flipkart’s quality standards. Checking expiry dates, barcodes, and product condition. Safety & Cleanliness Following warehouse safety guidelines. Keeping work area clean and organized. Skills & RequirementsBasic reading/writing skills (English/Hindi/local language). Ability to lift moderate to heavy packages (up to 20–25 kg). Good teamwork and time management skills. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (day/night). Age: Generally 18–35 years. Work EnvironmentFast-paced, target-driven environment. Standing/walking for long hours. Use of barcode scanners and warehouse equipment. Typical BenefitsFixed monthly salary + overtime pay. ESI, PF, and other statutory benefits (for eligible employees).
