🎯 Role Overview We are seeking a responsible, disciplined, and empathetic Female Hostel Warden to manage the day-to-day functioning of the Girls Hostel. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, hygienic, and comfortable living environment for the female residents, enforce hostel rules, and act as a mentor and guardian for the students. --- 🔑 Key Responsibilities 1. Resident Welfare & Discipline Ensure safety, security, and well-being of all girl students. Enforce hostel rules and discipline among residents. Maintain a friendly yet authoritative relationship with students. Address behavioral or emotional concerns with compassion and firmness. 2. Daily Administration Supervise hostel housekeeping, hygiene, and cleanliness. Monitor food quality and dining arrangements. Maintain daily attendance and in-out registers. Handle check-ins/check-outs and room allotments. 3. Safety & Security Monitor hostel premises and ensure secure access at all times. Conduct night rounds to ensure all students are present and safe. Coordinate with security staff and report any unusual activity. 4. Medical & Emergency Response Provide first-aid or coordinate medical help in case of student illness. Be available on-call for emergencies 24/7. Keep emergency contacts of all residents handy. 5. Coordination & Reporting Act as a communication bridge between students and administration. Submit regular reports on hostel activities, issues, and incidents. Participate in parent meetings, if required. ✅ Eligibility Criteria Female candidate, preferably aged between 25–35 years. Prior experience as a Warden/Matron/Hostel Supervisor preferred. Strong moral character and empathetic attitude toward students. Basic knowledge of first aid, safety protocols, and conflict resolution. 🕐 Working Hours & Benefits Full-time, residential role. Free accommodation is provided. Emergency on-call responsibilities.
