Job Title: Hostel Warden Location: Sumerpur Accommodation & Food: Provided (On-site stay is mandatory) Job Summary:We are seeking a responsible and dedicated Hostel Warden to manage the daily operations of a hostel located in Sumerpur. The selected candidate will be required to stay at the hostel premises, ensure the safety, discipline, and well-being of all hostel residents, and oversee the overall management and hygiene of the hostel environment. Food and accommodation will be provided by the management. Key Responsibilities:Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the hostel. Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and order within the hostel premises. Monitor the entry and exit of residents and maintain records. Act as the first point of contact for all hostel-related concerns. Address grievances of residents promptly and effectively. Supervise the housekeeping and maintenance staff. Enforce rules and regulations of the hostel. Maintain stock and inventory of hostel supplies. Ensure the safety and security of all residents. Requirements:Previous experience as a hostel warden or in a similar supervisory role is preferred. Must be mature, responsible, and able to handle resident issues sensitively. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Must be willing to reside full-time at the hostel. Basic administrative skills and record-keeping ability. Perks:Free accommodation on hostel premises.
