Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a disciplined, alert, and responsible Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our factory premises. This is a 12-hour shift job that involves both field duty and register entry work. The ideal candidate will be vigilant, physically fit, and capable of managing access control, surveillance, and record-keeping. Key Responsibilities:Maintain security and surveillance across designated areas of the factory. Conduct regular patrolling of the premises and monitor any suspicious activity. Make accurate and timely entries in the security register (entry/exit of personnel, visitors, materials, etc.). Manage gate duties, including checking ID cards, visitor verification, and vehicle inspections. Enforce factory rules and ensure all personnel follow safety and security protocols. Report any unusual incidents to the supervisor or management immediately. Assist in emergency situations like fire, evacuation, or first aid as required. Maintain a daily activity log and handover reports during shift changes. Requirements:Minimum 12th pass or equivalent. Previous experience in industrial or factory security (preferred). Basic ability to read and write in Hindi/English for maintaining registers. Physically fit and mentally alert. Polite, disciplined, and professional in conduct.
