As a Business Analyst professional at EY, you will be expected to have expertise and prior work experience on asset classes such as fixed income, equity, derivatives, etc. You will also need mandatory experience working across front office applications and technical experience working on data, understanding relational data models, and SQL queries. Additionally, exposure to working with Wealth and Asset Management firms and a complete understanding of the Buy side business will be crucial for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work as an individual contributor/lead in one or more Wealth and Asset Management projects - Manage a team of junior business analysts as per project requirements - Understand requirements and create detailed stories along with acceptance criteria - Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators and customer representatives - Complete assigned tasks on time, provide regular status reports to the lead and Manager, and interface with data to provide requirements and vice versa - Be ready to travel to customers" locations on a need basis **Qualifications Required:** - Sectorial experience in financial services/capital markets with domain knowledge on different asset classes across front office, middle office, and back office for either or both buy and sell sides of the business - Good knowledge of portfolio management, trade execution, data control and operations, and portfolio administration - High-level understanding of data models and application/business architecture around the package - Experience in Oracle, MS SQL, DB2 databases, and good data analytics skills - Leadership skills and excellent client-facing skills - MBA/MCA/BE/B.Tech/equivalent with 8+ years of experience **Preferred Skills:** - Prior client-facing experience - Techno-functional knowledge of Core Wealth/Asset management with exposure to platforms like Aladdin from BlackRock or Charles River ,
