As an Aladdin professional at EY, your role involves utilizing your expertise and prior work experience on one or more Aladdin modules such as Core Aladdin, Aladdin Risk, or Accounting & Sourcing. You will be the primary point of contact throughout the project, ensuring early identification of risks, contingency planning, rapid issue resolution, scope change management, resource management, and timely delivery of project objectives. Your responsibilities also include monitoring project progress, interfacing with customer representatives, and being open to travel based on project requirements. Additionally, you should be willing to be cross-trained and work on various industry-focused wealth and asset management packages. Your people responsibilities entail building a quality culture, managing performance for direct reports, keeping the project team aligned with common objectives, motivating the team, fostering teamwork, and integrating cross-team project functions effectively. You will transform teams into highly responsive and flexible units and participate in organization-wide people initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Sectorial experience in financial services/capital markets, with domain knowledge on different asset classes - Good understanding of portfolio management, trade execution, data control, and operations - Techno-functional knowledge of Core Wealth/Asset Management, with exposure to third-party packages like Aladdin, Multifonds, Charles River, FNZ, or equivalent - High-level understanding of data model and application/business architecture - Ability to understand and streamline client requirements to the team effectively - Define and validate customization and integration/data requirements as per client needs - In-depth knowledge of CFA concepts like portfolio management, wealth planning, Fixed Income, Equity, and Derivatives - Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent client-facing abilities - Qualifications: MBA/MCA/BE/B.Tech or equivalent with 3+ years of FIS product experience **Preferred Skills:** - Prior client-facing experience - Experience with Oracle, MS SQL, DB2 databases At EY, the focus is on building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while fostering trust in the capital markets.
