As an Aladdin professional at EY, you will play a crucial role in providing expertise and prior work experience on one or more Aladdin modules such as Core Aladdin, Aladdin Risk, Implementation, and Client Servicing. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as the primary point of contact throughout the life of your project - Early identification of project risks and contingency planning - Rapid resolution of any issues that may arise - Managing scope changes effectively - Resource management and monitoring project progress - Interface with customer representatives as necessary - Willingness to travel to customer locations as required - Being cross-trained and working on various industry-focused wealth and asset management packages In addition to your client responsibilities, you will also have people responsibilities which include: - Building a quality culture within the team - Managing performance for direct reportees according to organizational policies - Keeping the project team aligned with common objectives - Encouraging teamwork, open communication, and motivation within the team - Transforming teams into highly effective and responsive units - Participating in organization-wide people initiatives Mandatory skills for this role include: - Sectorial experience in financial services/capital markets with domain knowledge across different asset classes - Good knowledge of portfolio management, trade execution, data control, and operations - Techno-functional knowledge of Core Wealth/Asset management with exposure to third-party packages like Aladdin, Multifonds, Charles River, etc. - High-level understanding of data model and application/business architecture - Experience in understanding and streamlining client requirements - In-depth knowledge of CFA concepts like portfolio management, wealth planning, Fixed income, Equity, Derivatives, etc. - Leadership skills and excellent client-facing abilities - MBA/MCA/BE/B.Tech or equivalent with FIS product experience of 8 to 10 years Preferred skills for this role include prior client-facing experience, functional testing, conducting UAT testing, platform implementations, and experience with Oracle, MS SQL, DB2 databases.
