Key Responsibilities: - Act as an Aladdin professional with expertise in one or more Aladdin modules such as Core Aladdin, Aladdin Risk, Implementation, or Client Servicing. - Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project, ensuring early identification of risks, contingency planning, rapid issue resolution, scope change management, and resource management. - Ensure project objectives and deliverables are met on time, monitor project progress, and interface with customer representatives as needed. - Willingness to travel to customer locations as required and be cross-trained to work on industry-focused wealth and asset management packages. - Build a quality culture, manage performance for direct reports, keep the project team focused on objectives, and encourage teamwork and open communication. - Transform teams into highly effective, flexible, and responsive project teams, participating in organization-wide people initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Sectorial experience in financial services/capital markets with domain knowledge of different asset classes across front office, middle office, and back office for buy and sell sides of business. - Good knowledge of portfolio management, trade execution, data control, operations, and portfolio administration. - Techno-functional knowledge of Core Wealth/Asset Management with exposure to third-party packages like Aladdin, Multifonds, Charles River, FNZ, SEI, or equivalent. - High-level understanding of data models and application/business architecture related to the package. - Experience in understanding client requirements, defining customizations, and validating integration/data needs for the package. - In-depth knowledge of CFA concepts and leadership skills. - Excellent client-facing skills and a degree in MBA/MCA/BE/B.Tech or equivalent with 8 to 10 years of FIS product experience.
