Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Walkme Consultant. The Walkme Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as designing, developing, and implementing Walkme solutions to improve user experience and engagement. They will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide training and support, and optimize the use of Walkme. Additionally, the consultant will be tasked with troubleshooting issues, gathering user feedback, and staying up to date with the latest Walkme features and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in designing, developing, and implementing Walkme solutions
• Experience in providing training and support to clients
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with digital transformation and user experience improvement
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience in the technology solutions industry is a plus
