Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We are hiring for Accounts Payables and General accounting for Level 2- Senior Associate & L3 - Lead role.

Accounts Payable (AP):

Receive, verify, and process vendor invoices and employee expense reports.
Match invoices with purchase orders and goods receipt notes.
Maintain accurate vendor records and ensure timely payments.
Prepare payment runs (e.g., check runs, wire transfers, ACH).
Address and resolve vendor inquiries and discrepancies.
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
Assist in AP accruals for month-end closing.

General Accounting (GA):

Prepare and post journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
Support fixed assets accounting and depreciation schedules.
Assist with audits and provide required documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards (e.g., GAAP/IFRS).
Support preparation of financial reports and analysis as needed.
