Role & responsibilities :- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify selling premium product opportunities through emails, telephone calls, and live website chats. Research and understand customer needs and tailor premium product recommendations to their specific situation. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Perform effective online demos for prospects. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and customer referrals. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly sales targets. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors role & responsibilities.
