Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensure the achievement of daily and shift production targets as per the production plan.
Effectively deploy manpower and materials to meet the shift's production objectives.
Declare assembly information in the ERP system and manage rejection accounting.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for product rejections and implement corrective actions.
Actively participate in Kaizen activities to drive continuous improvement in the assembly process.
Contribute to cost-saving projects by identifying opportunities for reducing costs in assembly operations.
Participate in Quality Circle meetings to address quality issues and propose improvements.
Maintain 5S standards in the work environment to ensure cleanliness and organization.
Ensure that safety norms and regulations are strictly followed on the shop floor.
Oversee the maintenance of machinery and the assembly line to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Maintain accurate records, including daily production reports, rejection reports, and ERP system reports.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Industrial Engineering
Experience:
5 to 6 years
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and production tracking software.
Good understanding of electrical assembly processes and quality control
