We're hiring candidates with Cash Application experience for Team Lead/Senior Specialist - I2C/O2C for the Invoice-to-Cash/Order-to-Cash operations in Chennai.

Purpose & Relevance:

The Team Lead/Senior Specialist ensures efficient invoicing, cash application, and collections processes within adidas Global Business Services. This role leads a team of specialists, driving process excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement aligned with ONE adidas.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the O2C team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
Oversee end-to-end O2C operations, including invoicing, cash application, and collections.
Ensure timely and accurate cash application and reconciliation of discrepancies.
Identify and implement process improvements, conducting root cause analysis.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and IT teams, resolving escalated issues promptly.
Monitor O2C metrics, providing insights and reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Experience:
9+ years in O2C, with 2+ years in Team Management. Cash application experience is mandatory.
Proficiency in SAP, strong analytical skills, and process improvement expertise.
