Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Coordinate with branch sales team and support BSM/SMs for lead conversion.
Handle tele-calling and follow-up on leads from sales team and corporate office.
Assist customers at the branch, explain product details, and suggest schemes based on need analysis.
Conduct gold valuation (self/external), update details in system, and ensure accurate loan booking.
Ensure loan processing and disbursal within stipulated TAT, maintaining compliance with process.
Follow up with customers for timely interest collection and manage delinquent accounts (30 DPD bucket).
Maintain custody of gold packets, complete documentation, and coordinate with COPS/regional teams for MIS and collections.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong understanding of
gold loan processes
, including KYC norms, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Experience in
sales processes
with focus on gold loan sales and
BTL marketing
activities; product and competition awareness.
Minimum qualification:
Graduation (Bachelors degree)
