Job Overview

The Reservation Executive will be responsible for handling customer reservations, managing bookings, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for clients. The role involves working on GDS systems, coordinating with airlines and internal teams, resolving booking issues, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of travel booking systems, and the ability to handle multiple client requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle reservations and ticketing requests through GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.).
• Manage booking modifications, cancellations, reissues, and refunds as per policies.
• Provide fare quotations and advise clients on the best available options.
• Monitor seat availability, fare rules, and booking deadlines to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with airlines and internal teams to resolve booking-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and client interactions.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports related to reservations and bookings.
• Ensure all bookings are aligned with company standards and client requirements.
• Stay updated on airline policies, travel regulations, and fare structures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 14 years of experience in reservations, ticketing, or a similar role in the travel industry.

• Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, ticketing procedures, and reservation workflows.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail with accuracy in handling bookings and reports.

• Team-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude.
