Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who strive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. You would be:

Reporting to the Team Lead to achieve goals
Working in a state-of-the-art call center, as part of a dynamic customer support team
Managing call volumes/chat volumes and delivering exceptional quality services to our customers
24/7 according to schedule Rotational (Night shifts are included)

Preferred candidate profile

Should have at least one year of experience in a call center environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
Good attention to detail
Well organized, persistent with multitasking skills
Competent quantitative skills (good in calculations)
Ability to manage change and work under pressure
Communicate and work closely with other departments to remain current on any updates

Preferred Requirements:

Travel Industry knowledge is a plus.
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced work environment.
