Viacation is looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team in Gurugram. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Sales experience. Responsibilities : Direct Revenue Generation: Implement telesales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Engage with potential clients to effectively promote our services. Consultative Sales Approach: Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Highlight the benefits and value propositions of our services. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, by delivering exceptional customer experiences. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our services, features, and industry trends. Articulate the unique selling points of our services to potential clients. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements.
