Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement reporting frameworks for client data
• Develop and present analytics to support decision-making for insurers and stakeholders
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and paginated reports (Power BI, SSRS)
• Manage ETL workflows using SSIS
• Automate business processes with Power Automate and Excel VBA
• Collaborate with global teams and act as an escalation point for complex issues
• Innovate and simplify processes, adapting to fast-changing environments
• Prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality, accurate reports
