Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in selecting eyewear.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store growth.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Process transactions and manage inventory.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experienced Candidates (Minimum 1 Year):

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.
• Must provide proof of experience: Experience letter/Resignation mail with last working date (month and year) and approval of HR or Reporting Manager.

• Fresh Graduates:

• Graduation from a recognized institution.
• Must provide Degree/Provisional Certificate/Course Completion Certificate and Marksheet.

Salary Details:

• Gujarat (Excluding Ahmedabad):

• Experienced Sales Associate: 19,500 Gross (15,500 In Hand)
• Fresher Sales Associate: 18,000 Gross (14,000 In Hand)
