Responsibilities involve handling inbound/outbound calls or chat-based queries related to billing, payments, account support, and customer experience enhancement. Certain roles also include opportunities for upselling and incentive-based earnings.

Eligibility Criteria:

• HSC / Graduate (Freshers & Experienced can apply depends on the process)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• All educational and work-related documents are mandatory
• Immediate joiners preferred
• For specific banking and collection roles, CIBIL check will be applicable
