WALK-IN DRIVE MALAD | VOICE & CHAT PROCESS We are hiring for multiple international customer support and collection roles in voice and chat processes. Candidates with strong communication skills and immediate joining availability are preferred. Location: Malad, WORK FROM OFFICE Shifts: US / UK rotational (depending on process) Working Days: 5 days a week Job Overview: Roles include international customer service, chat support, collections, and banking assistance. Responsibilities involve handling inbound/outbound calls or chat-based queries related to billing, payments, account support, and customer experience enhancement. Certain roles also include opportunities for upselling and incentive-based earnings.
