Job Title: Process Specialist - Employee Data Management
As a Process Specialist in the Employee Data Management team within HR Operations, you will be responsible
for processing all client HR-related transactions in the HCM (SAP) system. This includes handling new hires,
terminations, transfers, promotions, time, and attendance. You will report directly to the Team Lead
Skill/Experience Requirements
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations, with a
focus on Hire-to-Retire processes in SAP HCM / Workday / Oracle or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Manage and resolve HR-related incidents using the ticketing system (Service Now).
- Strong communicative English skills, customer focus with a strong sense of urgency.
- Results and deadline-driven, with the ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks
- Good to have: SAP HCM Certification
Roles and responsibilities
Process HR transactions which may include:
- New hires (on SAP OM, PA modules)
- Employment data changes Position Creation & Mapping, Transfers, Employee letters
- Terminations/Retirements
- Leave and attendance transactions. Changes in Employee Situations e.g. Reclassifications, Active to
Inactive, Full-time/Part-Time and vice versa
- Exposure to ServiceNow ticketing tool will be added advantage and good use of MS office tools
(Outlook and MS Excel)
- Maintain a high level of customer service excellence.
- Resolve data-driven issues efficiently.
- Achieve process and transaction excellence.
- Ensure to Maintain service level agreements (SLA) i.e timeliness and Quality of each transaction

The incumbent will manage a team of 6-10 associates with a high volume of requests for processing and will
report to Operations Manager, Process Lead is responsible for the development of team members to ensure
meets all required SLAs with accuracy as defined

Skill/Experience Requirements

- Should have High Impact communication to manage various levels of client organization & Team
- Proficient in HR applications (SAP HCM, Success Factors, workday, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow etc.)
- Understand customer issues and resolve, Sense of urgency with effective reaction to critical issues.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred, Successful experience in a highly focused customer service

Roles and responsibilities
- Process & do quality checks on HR transactions which may include:
- New hires (including background checks, direct deposit, and tax transactions)
- Employment data changes, Terminations/Retirements
- Earnings/deduction transactions, Pay by exception input, Bulk request updates
- Resolve and handle tier 2 & 3 transactional and administrative issues relating to areas such as leave
administration, wage statements, unemployment claims, benefits administration etc. through
comprehensive and accurate research within commitment guidelines
- Identify trends and high-volume inquiries that may indicate client issues; get the team prepared to handle
such high volumes at times
- SPOC between onsite and offshore for employee requests and client
- Escalate non-transactional, production, or interpretative policy issues promptly and according to
established protocols
- Respond and resolve escalated issues from Client HR team, preparation well defined RCA
- Maintain & report on service level agreements, Prepare Weekly, Monthly Governance decks
- Develop statistical and narrative reports, analyze team productivity and teams effectiveness
- Train and develop team members, Provide both positive and negative feedback to team members
- Create developmental plans for each team member
- Should be willing to work in the Day / Night shift to manage regional client deliverables

The Learning Administrator is responsible for uploading content, conducting, coordinating and organizing virtual/physical classroom sessions & events and reporting.

- Course upload & Creation on LMS Providing Course Overview and Course details
- Scheduling events
- Registering learners
- Facilitating the event/session
- Resolve technical issues such as helping participants who are having trouble logging on or starting their video and/or audio broadcasts
- Distributing their contact information with participants prior to the first class session so they know who to contact
- If required set up a separate chat pod for your facilitator to use to communicate directly with you without interrupting the class
- Sharing enrollment list on daily/weekly basis with Facilitators
- Marking attendance and course completion
- Interacting with relevant stakeholders
- Capturing Feedback
- Recording the meeting.
- Making the recording/s available for participants who missed the scheduled event/session
