Experience & Skills:

Strong SEO

• Fluent English, PPC, social media. Have worked on any one of the social media posting tools like SEMrush, Hootsuite, buffer, plannable.
• Proficiencies in english communication (Would be working closely with US / CA clients)
• Skills: SEO (on-page, off-page), GBP (Google local)
• Proficiency in tracking tools like Google Analytics/GA4, GTM, DataStudio
• Hands on working experience in PPC (Google ads, Facebook/Instagram ads, LinkedIn ads)
• Social Media Promotion (Organic - Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)

Added advantage

• Working knowledge of SEM Rush tool
• Marketing Automation (MailChimp/Sharp Spring/ Active Campaign/Hub spot/Marketo)
• Working knowledge of project management s/w Basecamp/Team Work/Trello

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales:

• Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (e.g., online research, networking, cold calling, email marketing, social media).
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics.

Marketing & Communications:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, content marketing, website).
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
• Manage social media accounts and engage with followers.
• Plan and execute marketing events (e.g., webinars, trade shows).
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Identify and address customer concerns and issues promptly.
• 0-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the IT industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Passion for technology and the IT industry.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
