Job Position (Title)- Business System Analyst - Manufacturing Domain with CMS Liferay Experience Required- 12+ Years Location- Hyderabad / Pune / Gurugram / Noida / Bangalore Technical Skill : Business Analysis, CMS Liferay, Manufacturing Domain Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA Role and Responsibilities Analyze and define user needs and translate them into system requirements/epics/user stories/data mapping documents. Conduct thorough analysis of existing financial processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Document business requirements, use cases, and process flows to guide system design and development. Work closely with IT teams to design and configure financial systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Participate in system configuration, customization, and integration activities to meet functional specifications. Monitor system performance and data integrity, proactively identifying and resolving issues as they arise. Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with IT teams and vendors. Continuously evaluate system capabilities and recommend improvements to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and procedures. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls in all financial system activities. Required Skills: More than 6+ years of experience as Business System Analyst. Should have experience in CMS Liferay and Manufacturing domain. Knowledge in Functional documentation, as-is and to be process flows, functional testing, test script creation, UAT testing, Implementation plans, change management help, Business demos. Experience with manufacturing company, Knowledge of master data and experience working with Bill of materials, install base and material master data Experience of integrations with ERP systems of upstream and downstream systems Support of integrations and enhancements for custom and packaged applications like Liferay, software key generation, Escalation management Responsible for documenting functional designs for Digital transformation project for identified integrations, enhancement for knowledge management workstream Technology (Optional) .NET applications, SQL, worked with Microsoft technologies
