Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handling more than 1 plant of production
Allocation of manpower for plants in shifts
Check material readiness
Review track & trace system for all plants.
Communicate production status to managers
Get the final product packed after all the checking & send to transport department for further process.
Maintaining safety protocols
Process improvement.
Ensure execution of 5S, TPM, Kaizen in their respective production plants.
Sampling & QC reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Support end-to-end production operations
Drive productivity improvements through TPM, 5S & Kaizen
Manage workforce allocation and shift planning
Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
