Waiter/Waitress

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to tables when required.
• Present menus, take food & beverage orders, and serve items accurately and promptly.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and special offerings.
• Set up dining areas before service (table setup, polishing cutlery, laying covers).
• Ensure tables are clean, well-arranged, and properly reset after each use.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of service areas, side stations, and equipment.
• Upsell food & beverage items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, informing supervisors when needed.
• Serve food according to hotel standards (sequence of service, portioning, etiquette).
• Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and clearance.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow.
• Process bills accurately and assist with clearing tables.
• Support team members during peak hours and special events.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management (preferred).
• 0–2 years of F&B service experience (freshers can apply for steward/trainee).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
