Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring that the guests receive the highest level of personalized service at all times. It is important to report any guest complaints or problems to supervisors if an immediate solution cannot be found, and ensure follow-up with guests. Additionally, awareness of hotel activities and proper handover of pending points for the next shift's follow-up and action are crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Host and serve all guests to ensure they have an exceptional dining experience, creating lasting memories and building relationships. - Bring restaurant concepts to life by using your personal flair and style when interacting with guests. - Maintain a high standard of grooming and hygiene at all times. - Foster a good rapport and working relationship with colleagues and other departments. - Provide full support to Supervisors and the team for any reasonable duties and responsibilities assigned. Qualifications: - Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of work experience in hotel operations. - Good customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.,
