Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information on specials and menu items.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Check in with customers to ensure everything meets expectations.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism.
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses.
• Process payments (cash, credit/debit, or POS systems).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team spirit.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Salary: 12000 to 15000
