Open Positions: Restaurant Manager Kitchen Supervisor Head Chef / Cook (Donne Biryani specialist preferred) Assistant Cook Steward / Waiter Cashier / Billing Staff Cleaning & Utility Staff General Responsibilities (Role-specific): Manager: Oversee daily operations of the restaurant Manage staff schedules and customer service Maintain hygiene and compliance standards Handle inventory and vendor coordination Chef / Cook: Prepare authentic Donne Biryani and South Indian dishes Maintain food quality and kitchen cleanliness Coordinate with kitchen staff Steward / Waiter: Serve food to customers Take orders and maintain table cleanliness Provide excellent customer service Cashier: Handle billing and cash/card transactions Maintain accurate records and receipts Requirements: Experience in hospitality or food service (preferred) Basic communication skills (Kannada/Hindi/English) Teamwork and customer service attitude Willingness to work flexible hours/shifts
