Job Description

Requirements Education & Experience Minimum 12th Pass (Hospitality diploma preferred). 6 months – 2 years experience in F&B service or café/restaurant environment. Freshers with good communication and attitude may be considered. Skills & Abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and upselling techniques. Ability to take accurate orders and serve food & beverages efficiently. Must be polite, energetic, and presentable at all times. Good teamwork and multitasking abilities. Basic POS handling and billing knowledge preferred. Personal Attributes Positive attitude and passion for hospitality. Neat grooming and hygiene standards. Punctual and reliable. Calm under pressure and able to handle busy shifts. Responsibilities Overview Greet guests and present menu. Take and serve orders promptly. Ensure tables are clean and properly set. Assist in food running and clearing tables. Maintain guest satisfaction throughout service. Report customer feedback or issues to supervisor. 5. Physical & Other RequirementsMust be able to stand for long hours. Flexible with shifts — morning, evening, weekends, and holidays. Basic English understanding required.
