Ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience. 5. Clearing and Cleaning: Clear tables of dirty dishes, glasses, and utensils promptly. Clean and set tables for the next guests, ensuring that all items are spotless. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and surrounding workstations. 6. Cash Handling and Billing: Prepare checks and handle cash or card payments efficiently and accurately. Ensure the correct amount is charged to each customer and provide change if required. 7. Collaboration with Kitchen and Staff: Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are correctly prepared and delivered. Communicate effectively with other waitstaff to ensure smooth service. Assist colleagues during peak times as needed. 8. Promoting Menu Items: Suggest daily specials, beverages, and desserts to customers. Upsell dishes and drinks to increase sales. 9.
