Job Description

Cafe Staff (Waiter + Chef) – Chai Sutta Bar Responsibilities: Prepare and serve chai, coffee, and café snacks as per brand standards. Take customer orders politely and deliver food and beverages promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, serving area, and tables. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through good service. Handle billing and basic cash/card transactions if required. Monitor stock levels and inform management for replenishment. Follow hygiene, food safety, and safety protocols at all times. Requirements: Prior experience in food service or café operations is an advantage, but not mandatory. Ability to prepare basic snacks and beverages (training will be provided). Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude. Willingness to multitask (both kitchen and service duties). Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment and as part of a team.
