Take on a new challenge and apply your validation and verification expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and driven teammates.You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software modules by defining test strategies, designing validation environments, and executing both manual and automated tests. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (software architects, designers, system engineers, quality teams, and project managers), contribute to standardization efforts, and support program quality, cost, and delivery commitments.Youll specifically take care of producing validation result reports and test automation, but also contribute to SW specification and architecture collaboration.Well look to you for:
Defining test strategies, test plans, estimations, and delivery schedules
Specifying, designing, and developing validation environments and tools
Ensuring requirements traceability according to the Management Plan
Automating integration and validation tasks using scripts and batch files
Producing validation reports and managing defect change requests
Collaborating with architects and designers throughout the software validation cycle
Standardizing and reusing solutions where possible
Performing software module integration and functional testing
Guiding and mentoring newcomers to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets
Supporting peer reviews and resolving testing issues

Bachelors/Post-Graduate degree in Engineering IT, CS, ECE, EEE, or equivalent
11+ years of experience in software product functional testing and automation
Strong understanding of the V&V process and software methodologies (e.g., waterfall, Agile)
Experience in requirement-based testing and test case design
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python
Familiarity with tools like DOORS, Clear Case, Clear Quest, GITLAB, RTC, Selenium, and Squish
Knowledge of testing techniques such as black-box testing, boundary value analysis, and robustness analysis
Experience with structural coverage analysis, failure analysis, and debugging
Exposure to standards like CENELEC SIL4 / DO178A / DO178B is desirable
Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
