Vulnerability Management Professional

You will be joining Marvell as a Vulnerability Management Professional, where you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the company's digital assets. Your primary responsibilities will involve leading the vulnerability management program, developing strategies to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities, and ensuring the effectiveness of the program by collaborating with IT, Engineering, and Product teams. Your key duties will include setting clear vulnerability management targets, developing and maintaining a comprehensive program aligned with industry best practices, prioritizing vulnerability remediation efforts based on risk assessment, and managing regular scanning of Marvell's infrastructure and applications for vulnerabilities. As a part of this role, you will provide leadership to the vulnerability management team, prepare detailed reports on vulnerability findings and program effectiveness, stay updated on the latest security threats and technologies, conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Marvell's security posture. Furthermore, you will work closely with external partners and vendors to integrate security measures into Marvell's products and services, represent Marvell Semiconductor in security forums and conferences, lead vulnerability management projects, and manage various metrics and reporting requirements. To be successful in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, with more than 12 years of experience in cybersecurity focusing on vulnerability management and penetration testing. You should have in-depth knowledge of security vulnerabilities, experience with scanning tools, strong understanding of network protocols and operating systems, and relevant industry certifications. Additionally, excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
