Detail-oriented and technically
skilled Unified Collaboration Operations Engineer to support Connected Workspaces
Audio/Visual & Video Conferencing. As a Unified Collaboration Engineer, you'll play a key role in remotely commissioning, onboarding, and supporting enterprise-scale collaboration platforms-including Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco Control Hub, Cisco Room OS, Cisco Room Systems, ServiceNow, Vyopta, Pexip, Appspace, and Crestron XIO. You'll ensure our collaboration tools are expertly deployed, integrated, and optimized for thousands of rooms across the ecosystem, with a special emphasis on remote technical support and troubleshooting.
This work is in support of a large-scale environment of over 3,900 conference rooms.
