Role Overview

VP Technology / Architect Lending Product

Key Responsibilities

Architect and lead development of an end-to-end lending platform integrating
gold loan
and
security-based loan
workflows.
Build modules for onboarding, digital KYC, loan origination, risk scoring, and collateral tracking.
Integrate with
depositories
,
banks
,
payment gateways
, and
credit bureaus
.
Ensure compliance with
RBI guidelines
and implement audit-ready data management.
Implement API-first, microservices-based design enabling scalability and modular enhancements.
Leverage
AI/ML
for credit risk analytics, fraud detection, and predictive collections.
Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to translate lending strategies into scalable tech solutions.
Build and guide engineering teams specializing in lending and risk systems.

Key Requirements

1422 years of experience in building
lending or NBFC
technology platforms.
Expertise in
loan origination systems (LOS)
,
loan management systems (LMS)
, and
collateral management
.
Knowledge of
gold loans
,
securities-backed lending
, and
credit risk analytics
.
Strong understanding of
RBI/NBFC compliance
,
API integrations
, and
security frameworks
.
Proven experience with
cloud-native
and
data-driven architectures
.
B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
