Job Description

We are looking for a skilled PHP Team Lead with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team at Ethics Infotech. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development team in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software applications using PHP.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions.
Develop and maintain large-scale web applications using PHP and MySQL.
Ensure code quality and adhere to industry standards and best practices.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and web development frameworks.
Experience in leading development teams and mentoring junior developers.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
