PHP Team Lead

As a motivated individual with over 5 years of experience in PHP / MySQL Development on web-based applications, including Team Lead experience, you will play a key role in leading others to a career growth path. **Key Responsibilities:** - Establishing efficient ways for team members to complete their tasks - Creating effective communication channels between the team and other departments - Managing time sheets effectively - Proper resource and time management - Ensuring quality control - Identifying project risks and taking necessary actions - Providing training and guidance to team members - Conducting testing and gathering requirements **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience - Experience in leading a team of at least 4-5 Developers - Proficiency in developing and programming interactive web applications - Development experience in Magento and WordPress - Previous work on custom PHP applications with complex modules and integrations - Ability to document functional requirements and design databases - Collaboration skills with co-developers and other departments - Strong knowledge of PHP5, OOP, MySQL, AJAX, CSS, HTML/XHTML standards, JavaScript (including JSON), JQuery, Prototype & Document Object Model, Linux, Web Services, Apache, MVC, Code Igniter, and Cake PHP Frameworks This job offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your leadership skills and technical expertise will be highly valued.,
