PHP Team Lead

You will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of PHP developers in the development and maintenance of PHP-based web applications and systems. This role requires a combination of technical expertise in PHP programming along with leadership and project management skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Preferred candidate should be confident and willing to undertake multiple challenges, with a strong desire to excel in handling crucial situations. - Capable of handling multiple projects efficiently. - Good knowledge and experience of Ajax, jQuery, WordPress, Core PHP, Laravel, Shopify, etc. - Efficient utilization of available resources. - Analyze client requirements, prepare scope of work, and time frame accordingly. - Handle and plan project milestones and deadlines. - Interact with clients throughout the project development life cycle. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of open-source ecommerce software. - Ability to motivate staff in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. - Eagerness to learn new things, take up challenges, and be self-driven. - Improve the technical competence of the team through training and development of existing and new team members. - Productive, self-disciplined, and capable of managing team productivity and ensuring result-oriented work quality. **Qualifications Required:** - B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in CS or IT/ BCA/ MCA If you think you have the team management skills and good knowledge of PHP, and meet the qualifications mentioned above, please apply for this Full-Time position based in Ahmedabad with 4+ years of experience.,
