PHP Team Lead

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated PHP Team Lead with 5+ Years of an experience to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of PHP developers, overseeing the development of web applications, and ensuring high-quality code delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of PHP technologies, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team, manage project delivery, and ensure code quality.
• Strong expertise in Laravel, PHP, MySQL, REST APIs, MVC architecture.
• Solid experience in front-end frameworks (React/Next.js/Angular), HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, cloud (AWS/Azure), and performance optimization.
• Good understanding of OOP, design patterns, and scalable architecture.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in PHP development.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate a team and ensure high morale.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
