VP-Strategic Alliance- NBFC-Co-Lending Partnership Management

You will be responsible for managing co-lending partnerships with smaller NBFCs, including building and maintaining relationships, negotiating agreements, and ensuring smooth coordination for loan origination and servicing. Key Responsibilities: - Source new partners and business through partner networks - Evaluate loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and recommend NBFC landing approvals - Monitor loan portfolio performance, identify risks, and implement risk mitigation strategies - Ensure regulatory compliance according to RBI and other guidelines - Collaborate with internal teams, provide training and support to partner staff, and achieve business targets Qualifications Required: - Education: CA/CFA/MBA-Finance - Must have a strong understanding of co-lending models and regulatory framework, proficient in credit assessment and risk management for NBFC landing - Desired skills include excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, and good understanding of Banking and Operations - Technical Skill: MS Office - Professional Certificates: Risk Management and Credit Analysis Certificates - Experience Range: 5-8 years Please note that this job requires expertise in managing co-lending partnerships, evaluating loan applications, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business targets.,
