VP of Engineering

The VP of Engineering will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of CreditPe's operations, including software development, product development, and engineering. You will work closely with the executive team to define and implement the technical strategy. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing the technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with business goals, discovering and implementing new technologies that yield a competitive advantage, supervising system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency, building quality assurance and data protection processes, and monitoring KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as a VP of Engineering or a similar leadership role in a SaaS company. You should have knowledge of technological trends to build a strategic vision, an understanding of budgets and business planning, the ability to conduct technological analyses and research, and excellent communication skills.
