If you are a Senior Programmer & Architect, with a desire to build something meaningful and shape the product vision, this role is designed for you. With a commitment to achieve 100 Cr revenue & expand into 100 countries by 2027, you will play a key role in leading the engineering vision for a high-potential, GenAI-powered platform. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect, build & scale backend systems using Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js - Drive the integration of GenAI/LLMs from prompt design to streaming token responses & optimizing performance - Manage & grow a high-performance small tech team lead by example with hands-on coding - Own & optimize deployments, CI/CD pipelines, Azure Functions & monitoring using Azure Monitor, App Insights, etc. - Ensure API design, scalability, fault tolerance & cloud-native best practices - Collaborate with product & business teams to iterate fast & smart - Be deeply involved in decision-making from architecture to product features to hiring **Qualifications:** - A highly passionate Techie with an obsession to build meaningful deep tech products, constant learner with a never say no attitude. - Keen to build a Global Business out of your strengths with a bunch of Entrepreneurs - 12+ years of experience as a backend engineer or tech lead, ideally building scalable platforms - Strong command over TypeScript, Express.js, async programming, WebSockets & REST APIs - Experience working with LLM services, token management & real-time data flows - Confidence with Azure cloud, including App Services, Functions, CLI & monitoring tools Git ninja - branching, merging, conflict resolution is second nature - A mindset of build, test, improve, repeat - someone who codes, debugs & mentors all in the same day At Speedtech.ai, you will find a proven track record with 3 powerful GenAI products and be led by passionate Founders & a strong core team with over a decade of experience.
