Job Description

Role Overview

Responsible for Motor business performance and portfolio management for Prime Brokers Channel (large aggregators and digital channels) across Pan India.
Contribute to achieving the top-line and loss ratio (LR) targets set by management through regular stakeholder reviews.
Support the price review process at regular intervals through market benchmarking and identifying areas for correction.
Liaise with stakeholders including Sales, IT, Operations, Legal, and Compliance for all role-related matters.
Ensure 100% compliance with all underwriting approvals and guidelines.
Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to ensure business requirements are met and customers receive a high level of service.
Conduct training sessions on product underwriting processes.
Manage expectations of key stakeholders and work collaboratively to achieve shared organizational goals.
