Currently, we are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Vice President Information Management. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Prepare and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and obtaining approvals. - Establish relationships with similar Management Information (MI) organizations within the bank to ensure best practices. - Collaborate with Group Risk and Compliance Innovation to stay abreast of emerging technologies in the MI space. - Lead and manage the timely delivery of key reports and dashboards, along with the development of new projects and the enhancement of existing processes. - Exercise judgment in evaluating complex requests, conducting Impact Assessments, creating project plans, understanding business requirements, proposing solutions, and leading project teams. - Implement controls, ensure adherence to procedures, and manage billing for the team in Bangalore. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - A Master's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or relevant field. - 10-15 years of experience in a reporting team, project-oriented environment, including risk and compliance functions. - Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights for global functions. - Strong leadership, guidance, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in metrics, data analysis, management intelligence (MI), and process improvement. - Knowledge of Business Intelligence, Reporting, Automation Tools, and Data Warehouse solutions is advantageous.
