Job Description

As a Regulations Management Lead (BAU) reporting into the Citi Client organization, your role will involve implementing key processes and establishing governance around Regulatory Change process and one-off regulatory applicability assessments. You will work closely with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd LoD teams to enhance the businesses control framework for compliance with applicable Laws, Rules, and Regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate impact assessments associated with regulatory changes and ensure businesses teams take appropriate remediation action. - Engage with various business teams, Independent and Product Compliance Risk teams, and Subject Matter Experts for regulatory change workflow. - Manage the Regulatory Change process efficiently by engaging with SMEs, monitoring progress, and executing tasks timely based on KPIs. - Support Citi Client business teams in creating remediation plans for regulatory non-compliance. - Ensure adequacy of controls, monitoring, and reporting over the Regulations Management process. - Oversee progress of regulatory mapping process and ensure timely completion through effective use of Citi tools and systems. - Partner with Client businesses/functions and Product Compliance for one-off regulatory assessments and maintenance of Regulation to AU mapping. - Coordinate timely completion of Client involvement in one-time reviews of Laws, Rules, and Regulations. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 years of experience in business risk & controls, corporate governance, or assurance domains. - Prior experience in regulations management with a preference for implementing regulatory change. - Proven experience in interacting with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Lines of Defence for Regulatory Compliance matters. - Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically and challenge the status quo. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to lead multiple projects, multitask, and meet deadlines. - Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a dynamic environment with people at all levels and across different locations.
