VP - Claims SME - Property & Casualty

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive solution development in partnership with Digital & AI teams
• Lead RFP/RFI responses and client workshops
• Spearhead claims transformation initiatives
• Support sales with consultative solutioning and thought leadership
• Create impactful sales collateral and presentations

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in

  P&C Claims

  – operations, transformation, or consulting
• Deep understanding of the claims value chain
• Strong exposure to

  digital tools and AI applications

  in claims
• Proven consulting and solutioning skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Preferred:

• Master’s degree
• Experience in top consulting or Big Four firms
